These guys did a great job for us. we got into their VIP Club and then I had a few instances where I needed some after hour service. They were out in less than an hour on the weekend. Very reasonable on price and they walked me through what was going on with my system. I appreciate all the things they checked seasonally for us as well. I have recommended them to our friends who have had similar positive experiences with them.

My air conditioning unit died. It was quite old, but I was sure I couldn’t afford to replace it. I’m a single mother and even though my kids rarely complained, I know some nights were especially uncomfortable. I finally called Dennis. He came out, quoted me a price that was much more affordable than I had thought, including a new, more efficient furnace. On top of that, he explained about the rebate from the energy company. It took less than five minutes to give the go ahead. When the guys came out to install the new equipment, they were so nice and careful, I wanted to invite them to dinner. Thank you, Dennis.

My 73-year-old mothers heat went out on Sunday of New Year’s Eve. I tried every heating company I knew of and left message after message. It was -15 outside. The next day I heard a radio spot from Lane Heating. It walked about integrity so I immediately called them at 8 am. Rhonda was so helpful, She listened to the situation and was very kind and understanding. Within 45 minutes of my call Dennis, the owner, was at my mother’s house himself. Talk about service. After a few mins, he had the furnace and it was just a bad thermostat. I completely respect him for the job he did because this is a 20-year-old furnace and it would have been very easy for him to just say the furnace was shot and try to sell us a new one. He was very honest and did great work. I would recommend Lane to anyone and they will be doing all my properties and businesses from now on.
